We are pleased to partner with landlords participating in the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program. As a registered user, you will be able to easily access and view your monthly Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) for all of your tenants who are voucher holders.
Additionally, you will be able to access inspection result history, upcoming inspections, 1099 forms, and much more.

Heat Pump Pilot for Low and Moderate Income Tenants
Sustainable Finger Lakes has launched a two year heat pump pilot. The goal is to convert 100 LMI rental units with fossil gas to heat pumps.
Upgrades of:
Insulation and air sealing; Cold climate air source heat pumps; Ground source heat pumps; Heat pump water heaters; Electrical panel upgrades
LANDLORDS WITH 1-4 UNIT RENTALS WITH LMI TENANTS ARE ELIGBILE!
